To get started, contact us and we will fax or email you a Fido'n Friends...in Motion Health History/Activity Questionnaire. Your well being and safety are our concern; we may ask you to provide a physicians clearance before starting the exercise program.

The initial consultation consists of:
- Discuss your health history/activity questionnaire in greater detail.
- We will perform a few physical assessments to determine your baseline (includes static and dynamic observations).
- Establish specific needs and goals.
- Set up a individualized training plan and schedule.
- Go over training methods.
- Handouts.

We will contact you to set up the appointment for our initial 2-hour consultation.

After the initial consultation, we can offer you a variety of session packages based on your needs and goals.

Canine Conditioning

To get started, contact us and we will fax or email you a Fido'n Friends...in Motion Canine Health History/Activity Questionnaire. Your best friend's well being and safety are our concern; we may ask you to provide a veterinarians clearance before starting the exercise program.

The initial consultation consists of:
- Meet and greet your "best friend."
- While "warming up to each other" we will discuss your Canine Health History/ Activities Questionnaire in greater detail.
- We will perform a few physical assessments to determine your canine's baseline (static and dynamic observations).
- Establish specific needs and goals.
- Determine an indivdualized and realistic training plan and schedule.
- Go over positive/reward based training.
- Handouts
