How do I give you a key?

It's always best to have a copy of your key ready for me at your meet and greet. After the meet and greet you will receive one complimentary key pick up and drop off.  There will be a $10 fee per subsequent key pick up or drop off. If you would like to have your key on file it will be tagged with a number (not your street address) and kept safe in a locked box until the next time you need services. Having a key on file makes last minute visits easier to book if there is room in the schedule. 

If you have a key code door lock or use a garage code for entry I ask that you still have a spare key hidden outside in the event of dead batteries or a power outage that would prevent a garage from opening. 

 Will I get an update after each visit?

Of course! I always leave a report card in your home after every visit letting you know how your pets were during my time with them. It covers everything from their potty activity to if they got a treat. I can also send you picture and text updates as little or as often as you like! 

The policy varies depending on the service being provided. Here is the breakdown.

Cancellation Policy

Regular (non vacation) visits may be cancelled  and rescheduled as long as I am not en route. Once I am on my way or show up to your visit you will be charged the full visit amount.

Vacation/Pet Sitting Cancellation Policy

Vacation/pet sitting visits may be cancelled 24 hours before services are set to be rendered without penalty. Any vacation/pet sitting visit cancelled within 24 hours may be charged 50% package rate. With the exception of any holiday service, please refer to the “Holiday Cancellation Policy” if any of your visits will fall on a holiday.

Holiday Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for ANY visit or service over a holiday period requires 5 days notice before services are set to be rendered. Any cancellation within 5 days of the beginning date of service, may be charged 50% package rate.

How do I schedule visits?

You can make visit requests through your client portal or app. You can also text or email me requests.

What is your weather policy?

Your pet's well being is my priority and I take into consideration each individual dog's health and needs. During heavy rain, lightning, hot weather, or extreme cold walks may be limited. Your pets will receive a potty break and still have lots of fun with indoor games and activities.  

Do you charge extra on holidays?

There is an additional Holiday Fee of $5 per visit on the following holidays
